Who can join a virtual open home?

Anyone can join our virtual open homes for free. To join a virtual open home or meeting you can visit this link.

If you have the app, sign in and enter the meeting ID to join. The ID number for our Virtual Open homes will be displayed on our Open Home calendar.



Do I need to download anything?

Not if you don’t want to. Simply follow the weblink and follow the prompts.



Can I leave the meeting at any time?

Yes, you can join and leave the meeting at any time. It is always up to you.



Can my partner join the meeting too?

Sure. Simply join the meeting from the meeting link supplied from your own device.



Do I need to chat?

Only if you want to. You can attend a meeting and simply listen or watch and listen in. We encourage you to ask questions and gather all the information that you need.



Can other people see me or my details?

No. We do not allow other people to see your video or communicate with you while we are on our Virtual Tour.



Can we have a Private Virtual tour?

Yes. This can be arranged by contacting your Agent directly. This is of course, subject to appointment availability. We can schedule private Zoom meetings if this suits your circumstances.
